 PRC OFFICIALS, VISIT SOR. CITY

Some officials of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) region V visited the local government of Sorsogon city yesterday, August 11.

The purpose of the visit is to conduct a pre-inspection at the location of the satellite office in SM City Sorsogon. Some of those present were PRC Legazpi City Chief of Operations Jerome M. Bañes and PRC Regional Director Sharo B. Lo; OIC-City Engineer Roel Domer of the CityEngineering Department; PRC Planning Officer Marifa Amor; Supervising Regulation Engr. Vicente Ollanes; Leasing Manager Joy Ollanes; and SM City Sorsogon Store Manager Ryan Servano.

Having a PRC satellite office in the city of Sorsogon is just one of the requests of some city officials led by Mayor Ester Hamor.

This is to facilitate the transactions of professionals throughout the province and somehow reduce their costs because they will no longer need to leave and travel to neighboring provinces just to file their documents.

The official inspection is scheduled to take place before the end of this month and is expected to be attended by the PRC Commissioner.//
