MEMBER OF GUBAT MPS, ARRESTED FOR GRAVE COERCION CASE

A member of the Gubat Municipal Police Station was arrested after his fellow policemen served the arrest warrant at the police station he serves in Brgy. Pinontingan, Gubat, Sorsogon

 

The 45-year-old suspect who is a Police Staff Sergeant and a resident of Sor. City was arrested for the case of violation of Rep. Act 10951 or Grave Coercion.

 

This is also in accordance with the issued Warrant of Arrest by Hon. Evan Domasian Presiding Judge of MCTC Fifth Judicial Region Branch 54, Gubat Prieto-Diaz, Sorsogon dated August 9, 2022.

 

36,000 pesos  is the bail recommended by the court for the temporary freedom of the accused police.//
